Heater does not work. Stains on bedding. Multiple attempts to fix heater over two days, never happened! We reserved for 2 weeks during Christmas and we left freezing. They offered to put us up in another one of their trustworthy cabins, but no refund! Thanks to Airbnb, I got a refund. Cool cabins is a ripoff as a host. This was horrible and I rent airbnb’s all the time

Good stay, as listed. The listing has a separate company that runs the listing so you have to check in at a main office location which was busy. The lady at the office was nice. Pet fee is expensive. Not sure why I had to pay an Airbnb fee when “Airbnb” wasn’t involved. Next time I’ll go directly through the third party company. The place was nice and as described. The main complaint is even though the cabin had two curbside trash-bins right in the parking space, we still were required to take all our trash with us to the dump which was very busy and inconvenient. I like the personal touches that Airbnb listings usually have, this one was like using a hotel instead. Still gave good stars for being as described.

This cabin was perfect size and very cozy. The process of renting it and getting the keys was super simple! The house is accommodating, very quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, and has all the essentials you need to have a great day! The only issue we had was the snow is melting and water was coming in through the back door but we were able to clean it up shovel the snow on the side to give the water an area to escape. Other than that we had no issues! I would highly recommend this please. We can’t wait to stay here again! This is definitely my favorite little cabin up in big bear!
