We chose this stay because of the very short walk to the Arcata Playhouse for a show but would book it again for any visit to Arcata. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants around the Plaza. The soaking tub is wonderful and the bed is comfortable. A very relaxing stay.

We had everything we needed and more for a relaxing weekend getaway with our dog. The bed was comfy, the claw foot tub was luxurious, and the apartment is open, full of light, and well furnished. We enjoyed relaxing walks all over town and enjoyed walking to pick up coffee, meals, groceries, and ice cream. Everything you’ll need is close by including beautiful redwoods and the bay.

Sam's place was very clean, quiet, and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and it's just a short walk from downtown Arcata. Check-in was very easy, and Sam responded to questions quickly. Overall an excellent place to stay for a few days.
