Nice and tidy little appartment, has all of the basics. Ideal for one or two people. it was great to have the balcony. it could get quite warm in the appartment, as it is on 7th floor. other than that, it can't be faulted. Xavier was a great host, responsive to messages and pleasant.

Great Location, close to the park and many restaurants and bars close by . A very friendly community. The apartment is on the top Floor, quiet and tranquil, the deck is beautiful with a wonderful view and very private. For me a perfect location.

Set up a hill and on the seventh floor, the rooftop terrace allows you to breathe in this busy city. You can sunbathe or you can sleep under the stars without being overlooked. And inside there is Air Con, a great shower, good wifi, large TV and a kitchen with all your needs covered. Highly recommended

We had an excellent 2 month stay here, most nights watching the sunset over the city on the beautiful terrace. Unbeatable. The sunrise and sea is visible from the bedroom window too. The house is a perfect size for 1 or 2 people, with pretty much all the amenities needed. The kitchen was missing a couple of supplies but otherwise was excellent. The WiFi works well, AC works well. We had some issues with hot water but Xavier promptly got the water heater replaced, so it works perfectly now. He was always very friendly and quick to respond. The toilet is quite close to the wall, but I am 190cm and managed fine. Super lovely & quite area. We slept with the windows open most nights with no issue. It's an easy 6 min walk down to Parallel station which connects to the rest of the city. Otherwise La Rambla is about a 20 min walk. Lots of nice restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance, and not too many loud bars. Overall, we really loved our stay, and wished we could stay longer!

I am very disappointed with my monthly stay. This is why: Negatives: - The price : too high for the quality. More than 2100 euros + the water and electricity bills weren't included. - Agressive people on the apartment below: I couldn't use water, walk, vacuum, move chairs because the walls were too thin. The woman came twice to shout at me and lied to Xavier saying I had a party. Which wasn't the case obviously. I spoke to Xavier and he said that "he knows that she is not well"... I wish I knew! - Bathroom: the shower was not working. Xavier sent a guy to fix it, but nothing can be done really. The water was or boiling or very cold. Toilet: your legs touched the wall when you sat down to do your business... - Not enough cutlery, I had to buy it myself. - Decoration: no much taste, it didn't help me feel comfy. - No parking space, I had to pay for a garage. Positives: - Big terrace - Kitchen and bed are ok - Xavier is proactive - Not far from parks and restaurants
