Paul is an amazing and kind person, always available and helpful. the house is clean, spacious and welcoming the only thing is that there is no elevator so you will have to go 4 floors on foot other than that it's a good place 😌

It was a great clean and modern penthouse and it matched the picture. You can easily find mini markets near the building. but there wasn’t an elevator. And it uncomfortable if you have many luggage, children and old people because you need to use to many stairs. There was no instruction on how to use the TV and how to connected to the WIFI.

Beautiful penthouse apartment - It was nicer in person than it even was in the pictures. Paul was a very helpful, kind and responsive host. The bathtub is huge :)

Four floors up, no lift. Only issue, everything else was well worth the price. Close access to bus and train stations. Nice local restaurants and markets very close, as well. Thank you, Paul! We appreciate your assistance and support.
