The woodland treehouse is on the edge of ancient woodland in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) overlooking the Toadsmoor valley. The tree cabin has a raised double bed with steps leading to it, a sofa and French doors that help to connect you with nature outside and access an attached shower room with toilet. Outside is a raised veranda with table and chairs, with views out across the valley. It's perfect for watching the sunset while in nature. The main space has a lounge seating area, super comfy high sleeper built-in double with sliding patio doors out to a decked balcony area with lovely views overlooking the valley. The shower room is accessible from the private balcony and has great shower pressure and hot water. The treehouse is accessible from ground level, but because it’s on the edge of a slope, the front is raised and the veranda is built around a tree, giving the sensation of being in the treetops overlooking the valley. The cabin is very cosy as it’s highly insulated and has a heater that keeps it lovely and warm. A table and chairs are located on the veranda so you can sit out amongst the trees, with a shelter covering this area. There is good mobile signal from the treehouse along with WIFI.

This treehouse was the best idea my friend had! Matt's attention to detail made the place really stand out as one of the best airbnbs out there for nature lovers. Everything we needed was provided in the airbnb and the place was really cozy. Worth every penny in our opinion - would recommend it to anyone.
Matt’s tree house is simply wonderful! Not far from most amenities but also tucked away up in the woods with plenty of privacy and beautiful views! Perfect for a weekend getaway

Matt’s place is a hidden gem, great value and as per the description. Small and cute, very welcoming indeed. The setting won’t disappoint, views & location. Only recommended. Be mindful of checking in late in the evening, early in the week Brimscombe is very quiet after 7:30-8, Stroud is the shout at they time. Thanks Matt, top shout, I can imagine we will be back!
Cosy little hideaway, tucked away at the top of Matt's long terraced garden which feels very private. Matt's place is neat, clean, comfortable and warm (the little heater provides ample heat for the room). Good value at the rate we paid and an excellent base for exploring Stroud or some of the loveliest parts of the Cotswolds which are very nearby.

The tree cabin is less than 10 mins drive from Nailsworth, 5 mins from Stroud and is located on a bus stop. The area has a lovely pub within a 15 minutes walk for meals or an evening drink and is near the beautiful canal path that leads to Stroud.
There’s a bus stop within 100 metres of the property with regular buses to and from Stroud. Stroud train station is a very nice walk along the canal path that takes approximately 40 mins. A taxi from Stroud is approximately £10-£15.
