Really enjoyed my stay here . Very clean , modern and spacious apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Australia . Very well equipped for cooking , really comfy bed and loads of storage . 10 min walk to train station so super easy to get into centre of Perth . Positioned on the edge of huge retail area and close to supermarkets and bottle shop so great picking up produce for eating and drinking . Very quiet area too so always had a peaceful nights sleep . Parking space outside . Can’t fault this place in any way . Would definitely recommend to anyone !

The place was in a pretty good location. Quiet, very private and clean, but just needed to rewash the plates and pots. There was no airconditioner inside the bedroom, but there's a portable airconditioner in the living room aside from the mounted one, so we just moved the portable aircon inside the bedroom. The landlord only seems to respond during working hours, so it might be difficult once there's an emergency. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay in the place and even extended for 1 more week. Will most likely book the same place for the next holiday.
