The place is convenient and cozy. However, ventilation isn’t ideal, it gets stuffy when warm and when the temperature drops, it gets too cold. I suggest the host to stay there once awhile to see what can be improved. There is in unit laundry, a bonus.

Enjoyed our stay. Host was responsive. Everything worked. I’m tall and the showers a bit high for me lol but it worked out. Hot tub was easy to use. It seems they keep it clean and up to date, very very important. Walking distance from casinos and restaurants and activities averaged 5-15 mins.

Perfect AirBnB! I stayed here for 8 nights alone whilst doing some work in Reno. The area is very quiet and residential and a short walk to the downtown part of Reno. There was coffee and condiments provided, which was a nice touch, and everything in the apartment worked well. I didn´t get a chance to spend much time in the garden, but the outside part is lovely and there is a jacuzzi- I wished I was here in summer! There was some noise from the upstairs neighbours that woke me a few times in the night and the mattress was fairly thin in places- not a problem for someone sleeping alone but maybe more noticable in a couple. Other than that, I really loved my stay here- it was exactly like the photos online and was such a cute little studio with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again when back in Reno!
