the apartment and the team that work around the building are all great. the metro isn't far(a little more than a 10 min walk), but not much is particularly close to the apartment. i would absolutely recommend the apartment. you'll have a clean and well equipped space with a really responsive team.
The location is not worth it. Can pay slightly more and stay in much better areas…not a safe place to walk from and to, and you end up spending the same or more on ubers just to get out of the heavy traffic. Definitely not 14 minutes to condesa as advertised.
The actual place is nice and the staff who work there are very friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was the early noise in the morning, although I’m not sure that can be avoided in Mexico City. Everyone was great. Would stay again.
