Welcome to my modern 2-Story 4 bedroom 3 bathroom California Classic Home! Perfect for travelers, friends, families, and even those who are in the city for business! This home is just minutes from Downtown Huntington's Beach Pier, Shops, Beach, and Harbour Restaurants, beach, & Marina! About 5 mins to Huntington Central Park, 8 mins to Humboldt Park, and 28 mins to Disneyland Park. Restaurants and shops are also within short driving distance! Enjoy all Huntington Beach has to offer! The main floor has a family room with a comfortable couch and a 65" TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The 2nd bedroom downstairs beside the entrance has a full-sized bed, the 3rd bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 4th bedroom has also a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a hallway bathroom between the 3rd and 4th bedroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink. There are also 2 sofa beds that can be used as an alternative sleeping space. Upstairs is the master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a dedicated workspace, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. High-speed WiFi and 2 parking garage spaces are all provided during your stay! Looking forward to hosting you!

Had an amazing time staying at Olivia’s Airbnb! Very responsive and was accommodating to all of our asks and questions. Quiet and peaceful location to come back to after long business days. Felt right at home.

Good clean house in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Definitely would rent again. Nice Brita filtered water in the fridge and peaceful park is across the street with a playground.

Olivia’s place was exactly what we needed for our visit to California. There was enough space for our e tire family, the location was perfect for getting to different areas around LA and Orange County. The backyard was lovely and the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was spacious, clean. Olivia, the host, is very responsive and friendly. We went out most of the time, and didn't make use of the kitchen, so I can't say how well-stocked it is. I'd stay here again.
