You enter the home and are immediately greeted by the vaulted ceiling and light, airy space where everyone has a place! The main level has 3 bed/2 bath. The living room has a leather reclining sofa and a rocker recliner for you to put your feet up still leaving plenty of room for children to run or play some of the provided games. The kitchen is equipped with all of the basics including coffee, cooking supplies, pots/pans, an air fryer, etc. When it’s time to eat, everyone can gather around the large dining table which seats 8+ so that no one misses out on all of the good times and laughter that always seems to happen around the kitchen table. Your primary bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. Bedroom 2 has an extremely comfortable queen bed and bedroom 3 has full/twin bunk beds which is a great room for children. The lower level contains an additional small kitchen, lounging and dining for 2. Bedroom 4 has another high quality king bed, a large en suite bath as well as a walk-in closet. Bedroom 5 is set up with a queen bed perfect for those who like a softer mattress. The large Samsung washer and dryer are capable of taking care of the whole crew while you're here. We want every guest to get an amazing night's sleep so you will find high quality mattresses and bedding throughout the home. There is plenty of outdoor space for grilling, dining or relaxing in the shade of the aspens. Coffee or a little yoga under the east facing pergola at sunrise in the refreshing Colorado air is the best start to the day…if you ask us:) The home is a 5 minute drive from I 25, downtown Loveland and Boyd Lake State Park. You have a Super Walmart nearby for supplies. It is 45 min to Estes and RMNP, 20 min to Fort Collins and Longmont, 40 min to Boulder and an hour to Denver. Many delicious restaurants can be reached within 10 min in downtown Loveland and Centera shopping center. There are endless things to do within a short drive!! We will get you started with all of the basics-coffee, dish & laundry soap, etc. If you are planning an extended stay you will need to provide any additional supplies needed. THIS ENTIRE PREMISE IS A COMPLETELY SMOKE FREE PROPERTY-INCLUDING THE PARKING LOT EVEN WHILE IN A VEHICLE. NO LOUD HOUSE PARTIES WILL BE TOLERATED.
