We stayed for 9 days from 12/25 to 1/3. We were very pleased with our accommodations during our stay. Everything was as described, and the neighborhood was very peaceful. If there was a question or an issue, Stephany was immediately responsive and answered all our questions or concerns. There was a small issue with the refrigerator while we were there, but Stephany got a repair man to the house the same day, even though it was New Years weekend. She also checked in on us afterward to make sure the problem was fully resolved. Wonderful home in close proximity to all the activities we had planned during our stay. We've never stayed in Carson or in this home before our holiday trip, but we'll definitely be staying here again in the future.

I cannot say enough about this beautiful home and Stephanie as the host. She worked with me closely when my insurance company placed us here for temporary housing during repairs. I’m so thankful that this is where we stAyed.

House was located in a great area and Stephany was very responsive! There were a few things that were not accurate on the listing: queen bed instead of king, 8th bed was an air mattress, and no pack n play. The floors seemed as if they were not mopped, bed sheets had stains, bathrooms were semi cleaned, spider webs on the single beds room, did have some “water bugs” issue but host did come and fumigate right away! House was easy to check in and out, not much cleaning rules after check out which was nice! Definitely suggest getting a bigger table and washer and dryer

Love the area ! Very quite neighborhood. House was very clean. The only issue for me was the pull out twin bed had a smell of urine and the master bedroom had a queen bed instead of a king bed as mentioned in the listing. Could use a bigger Dinning table as the home is for 12 guest. Would stay here again
