Had a pleasant stay at Avneet’s place. He was quite pro-active in communicating helpful details to make my stay as comfortable as possible. As I had arrived early he even gave me the flexible option of checking in early and got the apartment ready in time. Overall a pleasant and comfortable stay and shall recommend if you are looking for a good value for money option

Avneesh was an amazing host. Attention to detail , his information at every point of time was soo helpful before checkin , post checkin . This place is ideal if you wish to stay completely disconnected with everyone . Other than a beach everything else is a min 1hr travel time. No good restaurants or cafes nearby . Hardly 1/2 options max. There’s no cellular signal at this location irrespective of any network. Youll have to manage through Avneesh wifi. This place doesn’t have a balcony or a sitout like the photos shared. Those are on top of the building and not in the property. But within the possible amenities, Avneesh has been a great host but could improve on few things.

The place was clean and as described in the listing. But, I had booked the place ONLY for the infinity pool and to enjoy that view. But I got to know that it is not accessible to guests only after checking in. That was a disappointment as I could have booked a normal room close to north Goa in the same price range. Check in process was okayish. I had asked for an early check in and reached the place on the suggested time. But the key wasn’t there and had to wait for sometime. Check in might have been smooth if I hadn’t asked for early check in. Communication was excellent though. Avneesh is prompt in responding to all the texts and calls. My only feedback is to remove the infinity pool pics from the listing.

Avneesh's place was amazing in terms of amenities and cleanliness. The room had a big television on which one can enjoy a nice movie night. The place had a huge swimming pool and facilities such as gym. Overall a great experience to stay at the place. Just go for it!

First of all thanks to avneesh and mansi for there wonderful hospitality, they are just a call away. Wonderful room, interior, kitchen, washroom. Such a mesmerizing place that now i want my place to be look like it. Thank you for making our weekend awesome. We will visit soon. Cheers 🥂
