这间公寓位置很好，离地铁站很近，环境安静，周围服务设施齐全，房间内空调声音有点大，其他都很好。

Bobby was an excellent host. Always helpful, always attentive and with quick, explanatory messages if we had a special request. We moved from another country with our two cats and the Airbnb was our stepping stone to rent our own apartment. Bobby was very understanding about the implications and special needs we had because of our situation. The place was great and very well-equipped. When we arrived in the midst of heavy snowfall, the apartment was already heated. The bed and the sheets were incredibly cozy, so after 20 hours of travel, we slept wonderfully and felt right at home. Thank you very much, Bobby. Roland and Florencia.

Wir haben uns in Bobbys Haus wohlgefühlt. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um alle Stadtteile zu erkunden. Wir hatten zwar das Pech, bei starkem Unwetter in New York zu sein - in Bobbys Wohnung war das aber kein Problem, hier blieb alles trocken.

Bobby’s place was perfect. in a great area of Brooklyn, close to subways to get into the city, lots to do in the area. The Brownstone was big by New York standards and easily fit all of us. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: Bobby is a great host, very polite and responsive - We had a problem with the toilet, there was a small mix-up where his plumber fixed the wrong toilet at first but it was sorted promptly and we had a new toilet the next day Beds are super comfy It's in a great location for all transport and Lincoln market is just at the end of the road if you need any supplies. Wi-Fi works well and you won't get bored of anything to watch on the TV. Plenty of hanging space for clothes Cons: The 2nd bedroom being off the 1st should be clearer - perhaps a floorplan? I feel some parts of the apartment need updating - the bottom of the bath is stained but most of the time its covered by the bath mat. Some of the windows have tape on them, which didn't effect our stay in any way as the weather was warm. As it's an old building the noise travels so I was very aware of how much noise my kids were making whilst playing as we could hear the people moving about upstairs Overall a great stay
