I enjoyed my stay and it was very cozy. Gerry is a great host and gives great recommendations and we also bonded over being hosts as well. Even though we weren't able to meet in person we'll definitely keep in touch. I would definitely recommend the studio and it's close to the Capitol as well. Next time I visit DC I'll have to explore more. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you again Gerry!!!

Gerry was a wonderful host! She was very communicative and gave recommendations of great places every day. Her place is amazing and very welcoming. This was my second stay at hers and I will continue to try to book my stays there in the future!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Gerry's place. The rental space was perfect - cozy, clean, and had a lot of great personal touches. There's a private entrance in the back of the house and she added lights down the path to ensure we could see our way - very helpful since we got in late each night. She also offered to leave the porch light on for us which was very sweet :) The bed was very comfortable and had nice clean, white linens. Same with the bathroom - very clean and the towels were fresh and soft. We mostly went out to eat so we didn't use the kitchenette much, but there was plenty of equipment to use if we had. Gerry sent a bunch of suggestions for food and activities - we loved the restaurant Ted's Bulletin which was very close by. The area has a ton of cute places. Overall you can tell Gerry put a lot of care into her space and the guest's comfort. I'll definitely recommend this to any friends staying in DC and would absolutely come back next time I do as well! Great place for a quick trip to DC, will definitely stay here again in the future.
