Beautiful home but a little too far from where we wanted to be. Shannon was very quick to respond when i had a problem or a question. I only stayed one night at the house. I had a family emergency in town. My husband and my son stayed at the house. He found a mixing bowl in the pantry. Never washed. Needed it for a chip bowl. Scrubbed the heck out of whatever it was to get the residue off. He used disposable red cups vs. what was in the cupboard as cups were streaked with both lipstick strain and fingerprints and heavily spotted. Utensils in the drawer had a grease film. The coffee pot was absolutely filthy, like it had only been raised with lots of build-up. Coffee grounds were caked on the lid. He took pictures of all the issues and forwarded them to Shannon. He basically washed what we needed to use. We were only given one single extra kitchen garbage bag and had to buy trash bags.. The bath towel had funky smell. Shannon did offer to have a cleaning crew come out and clean.

Beautifully appointed house with plenty of comfort and everything you need. Lots of neat extra touches throughout, like labeled kitchen drawers and light switches. This odds out go to home when we travel to Goodyear. Thanks Shannon!

We really enjoyed everything about this Dwelling. We had two couples and one single and it was perfect. We plan to return!! Great Place

A common sense home with a great environment for everyone to do there own thing and everything to enable it to happen. Made great memories.
