Enjoyed every minute of this homestead-like living!! My family and I booked this historic place for our extended family of 15 traveling in from out of town; our second stay. The home is very spacious, with room to roam outside in either of the 2 courtyards and beyond. We were able to utilize the large BBQ pit and outdoor fireplace, which was a real treat for a chilly weekend. We enjoyed the clean and well stocked kitchen, commercial grade refrigerator, and large formal dining area for our bunch. Due to the semi-remote location, WiFi was intermittent at times, which wasn’t terribly bad, and allowed us to disconnect from our devices and be fully present to enjoy each other. Bedrooms and restrooms were clean, with comfortable beds and plenty of linens. Washer and dryer on-site, as well. Our host was exceptional! Extremely flexible and super responsive. Overall, a very peaceful stay! We will definitely book this place again!

This house is pure West Texas. My wife and I stayed here for a week while we were opening a new office and it was truly amazing. We will definitely stay here again!

House was very roomy.. space for everyone to enjoy time together.. received pics with in check in time of views to not miss house entrance… huge parking for everyone.. house stayed cold ac all day.. only thing that we had issues with was water pressure and water temperature issues and our first night stay we had issues with clogged toilets but by the morning they were working fine like nothing happened.
