The view from the terrace is breathtaking with a quick walk to the Exuma Beach. Lovely home perfect place to stay . I would definitely book again.

Beautiful location, Tropic of Cancer Beach is spectacular but be prepared upon arrival. Get all of your groceries you might need to avoid lots of driving. As a local told us, we were staying in the "Bahamian country". Jackie and Sandy were fabulous at the beach bar and took great care of us and I enjoyed meeting others visiting the beach.

The house had a great view and location. Everything was as expected. It seems the area is up and coming and new homes are being built. I would have booked for next year but price seems to have gone up. I would guess they will be adding amenities to the property

If you want the nicest place on Tropic of Cancer Beach, you’ve found it. The house is gorgeous with a well stocked kitchen. The beach is steps away. The top balcony is a great place to watch the ocean during the day and the stars at night. This area is more private and just what we wanted. On the beach is a wonderful Gazebo where Sandy will make you food and drinks. Just up the road is restaurant, and a very local bakery and conch fritter hut. Make sure to explore beaches just up and down island as there are spectacular private beaches and even a lagoon. T.T. Water sports will drop a kayak in the morning and pick it up in the evening so you can explore the islands just off shore. And we rented a boat for the day from Exuma Boat rentals at Brown’s Marina. The entire trip was wonderful, and we’ll be back to stay this house!

Beautiful home. Had everything we needed for the most part. Only thing worth mentioning is that there is no microwave or baking sheets. No water toys. We only used one bedroom, the Master, but the bed was very comfortable. Absolute stunning views right from your bed and the patio off the master is a fabulous way to either start your morning or end your evening! Bathrooms are clean and there are plenty of extra towels. Only thing worth mentioning about the bedrooms/bathrooms is that the water pressure is light compared to what we’re used to at home and luke warm at best. Neither of which would deter us from staying here again. A few steps away from the beach and there is a hut a few steps down the road that sells good drinks and “ball park food” - hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, and a few other snacks. Tropic of Cancer Beach is stunning and probably one of the least crowded. We’ve stayed at other places along the island and we’ll definitely stay on Tropic of Cancer again!
