I hate leaving bad reviews but I wish I saw a true review prior to my stay at this house. The neighbors are extremely loud, partied 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. The back fence was broke and had a huge hole in it with a board missing, neighbors have 3 big aggressive dogs that ran through the back yard barking at my kids the second they tried to go outside. I specifically rented this house so we could hangout in the back yard, use the swinger and enjoy the fire pit that was provided. non of that was possible bc of the dogs. they neighbors are messy and inconsiderate. The master shower did not drain and the host responded to my messages but did not repair the problem. 3 days prior to my checkin a review was left that the dogs tried to bite his ankle so it was clear the host knew of the problem and failed to repair the fence knowing I was coming with my 2 kids to stay. I really hate leaving bad reviews but the neighbors were such a problem I literally prayed for safety the last night.

So upon arriving to his property we noticed the neighborhood was sketch. We pulled up to his house and Tweekers everywhere. His next door neighbor has over 5 dogs, we brought both of our dogs to his property because it was dog friendly. We'll, our dogs could never go to the backyard due to the neighbors dogs jumping the fence to attack my dogs. Inside the house was ok. He barely had any pots and pans in the kitchen. We had to go buy some to cook. His shower in the master bedroom turned into a pond everytime one person would take a shower. My kids couldn't hook up there ps5 to any tv in the house due to the wall mount blocking all the hdmi connections. Also, there is 3 bedrooms and a living room at this property. There is only 1 tv in the living room and 1 in the master bedroom. So none of my kids bedrooms had tvs. The front porch is super sketchy, there is no rails and one can fall very easily. I would recommend Jeff adhere to my concerns and upgrade his property for the next people.

We enjoy staying here . Comfortable bed and outdoor playground is big plus . We definitely book again .
