Worst experience ever using Airbnb. The room is a ceiling with no conditions (there’s not possible to spot in the photos) Worth to mention that the house has 7 rooms (some rooms can have couples) to share a kitchen and two bathrooms. The fridge is really small. On top of that Ilo is really rude and always acting like it is our fault. Example , the heating was not working in my room and she was rude and when I complain she just says that I can leave. Unfortunately I made 2 reservations for a total of 3 months and she doesn’t accept to cancel or refund if I leave. Other point , she later asks for money to cleaning (of course I didn’t pay ) and the house is dirty all the time. Laundry machine was not working and she acted like it’s my fault and should find a solution like going to do it in in an auto machine like 5km away. To the ones reading this, do yourself a favor and find something else in Zurich.

Smooth entry into the room, helpful host, generous with her time. Very clean in general and very nice position to go straight to the lake for a swim
