Subject: Feedback on Our Recent Stay in Pagosa Springs I hope this message finds you well. My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your property in Pagosa Springs, a destination that has become a favorite of ours over the years. We typically choose Wyndham properties for our vacations due to the consistent quality and service we've come to expect. We stayed in one of your condos, which was fantastic overall. However, we encountered a couple of issues that we feel should be brought to your attention. Firstly, we had some trouble with the electrical outlets in the condo. Each time I attempted to use the hair dryer, it triggered the breakers to switch off. A maintenance staff member kindly came to investigate the issue but, unfortunately, was unable to resolve it before leaving.
