The Marriott Shadow Ridge resort is beautiful, with many pools and activities. Both the children and adults in our group had a fabulous time. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many buildings, so the photos may not match the room. The pull out couches are surprisingly comfortable with thick foam mattresses. My only reason for a low rating is that I had challenges communicating with the host. Upon booking, I had questions regarding the description and photo discrepancies and the host did not respond until my concerns were escalated through Airbnb. On the check-in date, I experienced travel issues (unrelated to this rental) and was unable to reach the host. It’s been 11 days and I still have not received a response. (Airbnb was incredibly helpful in the meantime and I am very grateful I chose to purchase the travel insurance!) If the host is able to improve communication with future guests, this would surely be a 5 star experience.

Dean's place was very nice! On a golf course with nice walking paths and great pools for the kids to play in.

This was a great stay at a wonderful time share property. The price was a terrific value for a two bedroom villa. I was a little skeptical since it seemed too good to be true, but it was all that was to be expected.
