Our family had an amazing time here. The views are stunning! Very spacious, comfortable stay. We spent hours in the recreational and pool area. The large bedrooms all had private full baths. Billy was an excellent host and very attentive. We received detailed directions. All though secluded, the location was easy to find. Very clean, beautiful, private, and in an awesome location. It was everything we expected and more! We plan to return soon.

Billy & Cindy have a beautiful property! It was actually a church camp at one time. There is so much to do there. We hiked several times, and spent quite a bit of time in the recreation room. The pool is a nice size, but we didn’t use it much because it was too cold. We were there with 4 adults and 5 teenagers. Everyone had a great time! The hosts were very friendly, and helped us with anything we needed. Billy brought us firewood so we could roast marshmallows one night. The location is very near the llano river and not far from Mason. There are several roads with amazing wildflower views nearby. Mason is also home to one of the largest bat caves in the nation and has some great restaurants as well. I would absolutely recommend staying at Billy & Cindy’s place for anyone that wants to go somewhere that is beautiful and peaceful to make great memories with their family!

This was second year in a row that we stayed at Cliffside - Christmas get together with my wife’s family. We have already booked again for next year. It is a beautiful location, house is always very clean and Billy is always very friendly and helpful. We like that each of the four bedrooms has its own bathroom. It is perfect place for family gathering.
