Place was clean and comfortable. Great for family stays. The only issue is that there are only 2 working elevators which is not enough to service residents/tenants/guests. It could also be out of order at times which make it even more difficult to go up/down the building. Plan ahead and allow some time when going out.

The communication with Patricia was outstanding. She's very prompt, friendly, and accommodating. Every corner of the place was meticulously clean. Patricia thoughtfully provided all the essentials from towels, comfortable beddings, and more. Throughout our 11 days stay, she remained always ready to assist with any queries and concerns. We will surely book her place again on our next trip to Manila. 🙌

The place was good. Prime location, near Timog Ave for those who wants to go have fun at local bars and restaurants. Building has 7/11 where you can buy immediate groceries and there’s cafe for cheap food, worth the value. Would book again!
