Tugce is a great host, she sent her brother to meet me at the door with the keys and helped getting my suitcase up 5 flights of stairs. The location is perfect, as it is about 2 blocks from the waterfront, a 15 minute walk to the old city and a 5 minute walk to a street produce market. There are many restaurants and coffee shops close by as well as street vendors. There are taxis stands within a block for easy transportation to the airport. The bathroom is small, it is a" sh*t, shower and shave on one spot" but doable. Overall it was worth the price.

Loved my stay here. Thought it was better than the photos. Well equipped and Tugce is a helpful and responsive host. Short walk to the old town and plenty of restaurants/shops in the area.
