Incredible stay in this apartment! If you’re hesitating… don’t, just book! Amazing location in the heart of the city, within walking distance to the train station as well as to the L1 and L2 tram lines. Also only a 12 min walk to beach! The place itself is also amazing and cannot be beat especially for the price! The hosts were also very responsive and had great recommendations! In terms of what could be improved: - We were only given 3 small rolls of toilet paper for the duration of our stay and no water bottles were left for us. This really isn’t the end of the world as there is a store nearby where we were able to buy these items but it would have been nice to have already once we arrived. - The towels seemed clean but had a bit of a smell to them. Again, this was not a big deal especially since the apartment comes with a washer, so before using the towels we just put them in & washed them. Otherwise, the stay was perfect. 100% recommend it & would personally return :)

Wonderful, the apartment is comfortable in every way, from modern layout to lighting, from kitchen to bedroom. Air conditioning works well in winter time as well. The location is great, near to Jean Medecin tram stop which is one stop north to train station and two stops to Liberation market. One stop south to Messana and then old town area. We enjoy cooking with local ingredients & food very much and the kitchen facilities are superb with electric hobs, micro wave, oven and toaster. The building is very neat and clean, too. The first time i stay on 4/ F with a lift! It’s classic and lovely. We come here for the Nice carnival and find it away from the busiest parade route, queit but convenient. We may easily get here by tram Line 2 from airport and move around by Line 1 daily.
