We loved this house, and it was a comfortable place for us to stay during a very difficult time, as we were in North Conway for the wake and funeral of my sister. It's in a peaceful neighborhood that was nice for walking my dog, and the location is just minutes from town. Instructions were clear for accessing the house, Wi-Fi, etc. The house was clean, beds were comfy, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Dawn gave me the flexibility I needed for checking in and out, which was so helpful.

A few friends and myself had the pleasure of staying at Dawn’s for a weekend getaway to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! Dawn has been phenomenal from the initial booking process to the very end of the trip and anything in between. We felt right at home during our stay; whether it was staying in for game night and dinner at this lovely home or being able to explore the local area or go for a hike (all which are within a reasonable driving distance from the house). It met all of our needs and I would definitely book again. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Dawn’s far exceeded our expectations. We are a large family with several small children. It was raining most of our stay, yet we were never bored. There is so much to do right at the Getaway. The proximity to so many awesome restaurants left our bellies happy and full. We loved walking around the beautiful neighborhood between the rain storms. The entire experience was excellent. Dawn leaves you feeling right at home and then some. The home is pristine, filled with games and a super fun basement for the kids, and a cozy atmosphere. We hope to return again. Thank you Dawn for a memorable stay.

Dawn’s house is a wonderful place for a family vacation. It was spotless and comfortable and had everything we needed with great spaces to enjoy relaxing and playing. Dawn was helpful and responded immediately to any question. The proximity to Echo lake, cathedral ledge and Diane’s bath was a real bonus. We loved our time there and definitely recommend.
