This was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and me. We walked along the miles-long road to see all the wildflowers in bloom (about 20 different species!) and ended up petting Toby, a very friendly bull. The next day we also got to see and pet one of the donkeys. A sweet dog named Bear kept us company on our walk and watched from shore while we swam in the lake. At night we got to see a beautiful lightning show over the lake as a storm rolled in. The dock wasn’t completely private, as a young couple came by on our second day to ride the jet-skis that were stored there (not for guests’ use) but otherwise we didn’t see anyone at the cabin. The cabin itself was perfect, with everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Huge windows, a full kitchen, patio with grill, firepit, and tv with wifi. We will DEFINITELY be back!

One of the most amazing Airbnb’s and trips ever! Very secluded, and the reservoir is gorgeous! Dock was amazing and gorgeous scenery!
