In addition, there are large communal terraces, roof terrace bar ideal for relaxing and sundowners, landscaped gardens and barbecue area where you can sunbathe, relax and entertain. The two large communal roof terraces each have a kitchenette and toilet, offer panoramic views with a seating area from where you can watch the sunset or the stars while sipping your cocktail. The apartment is situated only a 20-25 minute walk or 2-3 minute drive into Kalkan town centre. All rooms have air conditioning. Free WiFi available in apartment and around the site. The dining table on the terrace will seat 6 comfortably plus there are 2 additional deck chairs to laze around in while having a cocktail or just relaxing on. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, hob and microwave. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, sink and a separate w.c. The pool area also has full facilities including sun loungers, tables, chairs, WiFi, fridge, cool water dispenser, sink, outside and indoor shower, changing room and toilet. I mainly interact with guests via email but am available for a chat if guests prefer. I also send out information regarding contact numbers and key access before your arrival. A property supervisor is around during the morning. He will help with any minor maintenance issues.
