We enjoyed the place a lot and also Lisa, who was a great host and responsive when we had questions. The area is pretty quiet, a 7-11 nearby and some places to get food. Not many (walkable) restaurants that we found - but delivery is also possible (foodpanda i.e.) The place is very clean (cleaning personnel comes for some hours a day), stand up paddles and boat to have a ride are included, the house (incl. pool) has a great view at the sunset :) The construction work next to the house (which some other user wrote) are coming to an end, we had only 2-3 times some noise which was ok, which was mentioned in the renting conditions upfront. The house consists of two parts, the front of a living room, kitchen and one bedroom - the back of 3 more bedrooms, which one needs to get used to as you have to leave and lock the living room in the evening when going to bed and v.v. We enjoyed the stay a lot and can recommend it. (stayed with 4+2 in April 2024) Warm regards, Robert

Check-In: Leider mussten wir hier über eine Stunde in der Hitze auf den vereinbarten Transfer warten, obwohl die Unterkunft unweit des Flughafens ist. Der Empfang an der Unterkunft war in Ordnung. Unterkunft & Lage: Die Unterkunft entsprach den Bildern. Schön eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt am Meer mit Zugang zum öffentlichen Strandabschnitt auf dem sich auch einige Touristen aufhalten. Die Unterkunft ist neben einem verlassenem, verwestem Grundstück worauf man von der Terrasse aus blickt. Zudem fanden während unseres Aufenthalts sehr laute Bauarbeiten (Kernsanierung) statt, die uns nicht angekündigt wurden. Kommunikation: Sehr aggressives und respektlose Kommunikation seitens des Vermieters. Dieser hat die jüngste Bewohnerin unseres Aufenthaltes wegen verschmutzen Handtüchern so aggressiv angeschrien, sodass Tränen flossen. Der Vermieter war an einer sachlichen Klärung nicht interessiert und reagiert aggressiv. Wegen dieser Erfahrung können wir die Villa leider nicht empfehlen.

This was our first Air bnb experience, and it was PERFECT! The villa was beautiful, private and right on the beach. We had a 7 11 , a small massage place, local eateries within walking distance. The villa has 4 bedrooms with 2 tvs. It is very well maintained, with all the kitchen equipment necessary for a long stay. The view from the deck is absolutely breathtaking. It's a perfect house to unwind and relax. It was easy to order food through the local app grab. We had rented a car to drive around the island, I would definitely recommend renting a car or a bike to get around Samui. The hosts were fantastic and very responsive. They kept us informed about the cleaning schedule and any upcoming weather changes. This is a perfect beach villa and we will definitely be coming back again!

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect. The house was everything we expected and more, beautifully decorated and right on the beach - perfect place for the holidays. Lisa was always super helpful and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants/activities on the island in a very timely manner. Will absolutely be back during our next visit to Koh Samui
