She's Very responsive, understanding, cared about our needs, gave us recommendations on restaurants and fun activities around town. Also she doubled checked to make sure her cleaners cleaned completely throughout the place, very kind and respectful. 10/10 most definitely would come back again💗

DO NOT BOOK WITH HER. It was so many last minute rules and switching up things, very unclear on listing. House was filthy. I had to go get my own supplies to clean apparently it was my fault I didn't tell her the time I was coming when the listing says self check in after 12 I came at 2pm. Unprofessional conversations and how she handled the issue. No lightbulbs in rooms, stove dirty, food left in pots, trash all over the back patio, dirty walls, ashes/blunts in kitchen sink, smells like weed. Said she would refund me but when I called Airbnb they had no records of a request. Making up things to justify why she didn't have the house ready, driving by to spy on me when it's clearly a camera in the front. If it something that happen I would understand as long as you communicate with me and be professional about it. If the house wasn't ready say that and ask if I can come at __. Me having to clean a house that I paid almost $400/a day is insane!!! Can't think of one good thing to say.
