Beautiful home with character. The location is amazing. Warburton is such a beautiful part of Victoria and well worth a visit. Wonderful that they are pet friendly aswell

Fabulous location opposite the river and very close to town. Friendly and helpful host. The accommodation is comfortable and has everything you need. Great for families. Such a bonus that you can bring your dog and know that they are going to be safe and secure.

We really enjoyed our stay here for a couple of nights. Easy check in. Place exactly as described. Fantastic location - close to town, pubs, river, golf club etc. Owner was extremely helpful and kind - sent us on a successful night walk to find wombats. Dogs were very welcome and it felt safe for them. The grounds are shared with other guest / house but it all felt very private and this is all accurately explained in the description.
