Es war super schön. Das Highlight dieser Unterkunft ist die Terrasse. 3 min bis zur Haltestelle von der aus alles zu erreichen ist. Klare Empfehlung, komme gerne wieder :)

During our stay, Anne gave us recommendations on where to visit that weren’t really known so we visited them and they were wonderful. She’s extremely helpful and kind, we truely felt safe and at home. The location is very close to the tram, her home is just a walk up a hill but it wasn’t a big issue. It is very easy to get to! The place was clean and tidy, had pretty much everything we need if we wanted to make a small meal, we could dine on the rooftop. Room was very clean and not humid, very nice breeze. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for. a good safe comfortable place.

We had a lovely stay in Nice with Anne and Patate the dog. We were on the top floor which had its own ensuite, the quarters were very clean and comfy. The shared kitchen space was in great condition, clean and had all amenities. We particularly loved the rooftop courtyard which had beautiful 360 degree views and was a lovely place to enjoy meals and relax. The apartment is easily accessible by a short tram ride from the city centre and shopping centre is a short walking distance away. Anne was a lovely host who is very responsive and gave us lots of recommendations for our stay. We had a lovely short stay here and would recommend 10/10.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour chez Anne, disponible et très accueillante. Le logement est situé dans un quartier très calme. La terrasse permet de profiter d' une vue exceptionnelle. La chambre est impeccable avec sa douche et les toilettes. Le tramway se trouve juste à côté de la maison. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut également à côté de l'habitation pour faire ses courses et utiliser la cuisine dédiée, ce qui est très appréciable. Merci Anne pour cet excellent séjour.

Ein Aufenthalt bei Anne ist in allen Zimmer zu empfehlen. Es war blitzsauber, die Handtücher kuschelig weich und in der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Anne hatte tolle Tipps für uns. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist super, die Straßenbahn in die Stadt kommt alle paar Minuten. Auch am Bahnhof hält die Linie 1. So kommt man schnell zu den Museen, die Altstadt oder den Stränden, auch mal zu weiter entfernten Orten. Und die Dachterrasse ist natürlich ein echtes dickes Plus.
