L'appartement de Marie-Anne est bien situé, bien décoré et bien équipé. Malheureusement, le sous-sol, décrit comme un "bel espace de jeu" et permettant d'accéder à la 2e salle de bain et à la buanderie, était en travaux (tranchée dans le sol). Nous aurions apprécié d'être prévenus avant plutôt que de le découvrir à notre arrivée, et cela aurait justifié selon nous un geste de la part de notre hôte, car la location ne correspondait donc pas à l'annonce et aux photos.

Tastefully decorated with a beautifully renovated kitchen, located in a vibrant yet quiet neighborhood, overall we had a fun vacation in Montreal. The apartment needed some deeper cleaning and general maintenance before our stay. Having to do some tidying and wiping down did not ruin our time, but not sure the cleaning fee was justified.

Great spot. Lots of space and very kid friendly. We also host additional family for dinner a couple nights we were there and the place had tons of rooms and a great kitchen set-up. Also very much appreciate the espresso machine. Would highly recommend recommend this spot if you’re in Montreal.

Really great place for kids! The apartment is very spacious, there are children’s chairs, toys, board games, etc. The kitchen and play nook off the kitchen were our favourite parts! Our co-host, Shandi, always responded immediately and was very helpful. There was definitely a cat in the unit above- my whole family is allergic and we could really feel it, so I had to go get antihistamines for my kids - just a heads up to anyone with cat allergies to bring some Claritin! I had to research how to operate the espresso machine but once I got the hang of it, it was delicious. We had a great time and would definitely recommend the space!
