Welcome to our freshly updated home offering a private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and immaculate shared spaces. Fantastic location for all types of visitors. Excellent proximity to fast food restaurants and within walking distance of Shawnee classics like Old Shawnee Pizza and Sushi Mido. During your stay, you'll have your own private bedroom with a lock. The room is equipped with a TV with Chromecast, a dresser, closet and your own fan.

after it was all said and done I paid $1,500 for a bedroom with a TV in it. this is what I agreed to but when I arrived the TV was not working and could not get the host to come fix it so I spent the whole month with no TV in my room and hair everywhere
this was my third stay. consistent. good value. clean. liked the kitchen although i only used the keurig coffee.
Just ok for me. Bathroom was not that clean otherwise bed and room was cozy. Couldn't access heat so I was a bit cold during my stay. Room rates are affordable for those on a budget.

15 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
13 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
15 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
24 minutes to Arrowhead and Royals stadiums.
We are only minutes from Price Chopper grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
Walking distance to some great eateries in the neighborhood.
The best way to get around is driving or catching a ride with Uber or Lyft which are always available.
