welcome to our freshly updated home offering a private bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and immaculate shared spaces. Fantastic location for all types of visitors. Excellent proximity to fast food restaurants and within walking distance of Shawnee classics like Old Shawnee Pizza and Sushi Mido. During your stay, you'll have your own private bedroom with a lock. The room is equipped with a TV with Chromecast, a dresser, closet and your own fan.

Enjoyed my time here, would definately stay here again. The location was great, easy access to the freeways, resteraunts were in walking distance, and kitchen and restrooms were in great shape. Also liked the keycode doors to the bedrooms. Overall extremely well run, clean and quiet. (parking was easy also)

15 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
13 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
15 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
24 minutes to Arrowhead and Royals stadiums.
We are only minutes from Price Chopper grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.
Walking distance to some great eateries in the neighborhood.
