We had stayed in this apartment the previous Christmas so we knew that Nigel and Kate had a great place and were a pleasure to work with. They outdid themselves this year. The place was immaculate, they were super-responsive to requests, the kitchen had plenty of staples like tea and coffee available, and to top it off they'd kindly left us a box of Quality Street for Christmas. This was going above and beyond and was very much appreciated. 11 marks out of 10. We really enjoyed our stay over the Christmas period and will definitely stay again next time we're in the area.

We enjoyed staying in the property and it served our needs well. It was clean and comfortable, and the location was very good with easy access both to Waitrose and the city centre.

Nigel was very helpful to bring a hair dryer over for us. Nice place and close to Waitrose. Very quite place too.
