The house was nice, clean, and the view of the ocean is absolutely gorgeous. The free use of the kayaks was also a huge plus. May, who checked us in, was kind and attentive. If we needed anything we reached out via text and she was there to help! There were a couple of power outages, but we were only without power for about 45min while the generator was being turned on the first time. There are three A/C units in the house, so even with the temporary power outage we never got too hot. We highly recommend the Pinos restaurant right across the street (on the corner) for breakfast. They brought us breakfast every morning for about $5 per person.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The home was very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our 3 nights. Being so close to the beach and multiple restaurants was very nice! The hosts were very very responsive and communicative! We would definitely recommend this Airbnb!!

La petite maison de Julieta a quasiment les pieds dans l’eau. L’emplacement est très calme et vraiment magnifique. Les levers de soleil inoubliables. La maison est bien équipée sauf peut être en possibilité de rangement dans les chambres (pas d’armoire) mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. Les produits consommés sur place ne doivent pas être remplacés par les clients et seront facturés a la fin, ce qui ne nous a pas été précisé a l’arrivée mais Julieta a su se montrer complaisante et a fait une exception. Pour ceux qui souhaitent cuisiner eux même il est assez épique de trouver les ingrédients dans le petit village mais cette expérience nous a beaucoup plu. Sinon il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants proches de la maison. Nous avons beaucoup profité des canoës et du stand up paddle. Merci à May (personne sur place qui s’occupe de la maison) et à Julieta pour cet excellent séjour

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! The house was comfortable and peaceful and in a great location on the beach. There was even a generator for the house when the electricity would go out in the area. The housekeepers, May and Javier, came everyday to clean and see if we needed help with anything and filled the kitchen with food requested before we arrived. There was a restaurant right beside the house that prepared delicious food and the host was lovely! And we could easily walk to local food stands to buy drinks and snacks and local fruits and vegetables. Julieta arranged transportation to and from the airport and arranged two amazing tours we would highly recommend to the Cueva de los peces and snorkelling in the ocean in the most beautiful crystal clear blue waters and to the National Park to see the flamingos and other birds. It was awesome! Thank you so much!

Julieta’s home is beautiful and super-well equipped for relaxation with large , comfortable outdoor chaises, kayaks, a paddle board, and ping pong table. I have to think it’s by far the nicest place to stay in Playa Larga. The nearby restaurant Los Pinos that she recommended was excellent. Note that the indoor space in the house is not large, but it’s comfortable. Her house guide is very detailed and has helpful, reliable recommendations for local activities.
