We enjoyed our stay, especially the use of the outdoor space and of course the outdoor shower!!

Good: Kim (landlady but not the Airbnb host) was delightful and helped us figure out dinner on Friday night and let us use her chest freezer. The shared outdoor space is very nice. The location is convenient and there is a hotel across the road with a pool. The apartment was very clean. Bad: the kitchen is literally a room with a sink. There were no appliances (microwave, coffee maker, etc.), cooking basics, dishes, glasses, silverware or dining table. We asked Kim for the bare essentials and she kindly loaned them to us. There was no TV or Bose sound system and almost no products in the bathroom. Although there was air conditioning it is shared with the main house and not controllable by guests; we were very hot overnight. You can only shower for 6 minutes at a time and there are no blackout curtains (the outdoor lights that turned on and off all night challenged those of us in the entrance bedroom). The Airbnb host (Chase) was not responsive but fortunately Kim was very helpful.

Do not book this airbnb. After asking for check in instructions for days leading up to our stay the host cancelled 2 hours before our check in time. Additionally, we drove by the address listed on the booking and it honestly appears that the home does not exist.
