The cottage was stunning inside and the views outside were equally beautiful! We enjoyed a very peaceful stay here with lots of extra surprises - like an invite to s’mores at the fire pit! We were greeted with a very special surprise from the host for our anniversary! A perfect getaway cottage right on the lake. Whether you want to fish or relax on the porch with a good book, you’ll feel right at home. The best amenity to this beautiful place is by far the host, Kelley! She was so welcoming and proactive to be sure we were okay with a slight sound the a/c was making, which turned out to be hardly noticeable. We will absolutely be back. Just 90 minutes from DFW - the perfect weekend spot!
