DO NOT BOOK HERE. When I came to check in and walked through the door the first thing I notice was the house were not like the pictures on here I immediately knew that it was going to be bad. When I got into my room with all my suitcases I checked around too see if the bedding was clean the pillows the sheets the floor just in general a clean room it was complete OPPOSITE! The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in months by the side of the bed was a lot of dust and hair as if nobody ever cleaned around or did a deep clean in this room before! The walls were dirty! I don’t think the “housekeeper” does her job right she half does everything clearly.. the pillows had yellow stains the bedding had makeup all over it also “Lance” was responsive only once when all that happened when he tried to move me in another room it was dirty as well she didn’t have that one clean either dirty bedding dirty pillows The washer and dryer broken just whatever you don’t waste your time booking here!

I was in town for work for one month. The job ended up being longer than I expected. Lance and his people made it super easy to extend my stay. The first 30 days I stayed with 4 other guests and besides one of those guests doing laundry at 9:30pm it worked out fine. I will definitely look into staying with Lance and his team in the future.

The host is well known in the real estate business as he owns multiple listings. The outsourced management company responds to my request very quickly usually within an hour or two. Do not be afraid to reach out for supplies and cleaning or any issues.

I enjoyed it here overall, my one qualm was one of the other guests here. But things did improve after something was said to Lance or his assistant about this other guest being disruptive.
