This place was absolutely amazing. Melinda was very detailed and helpful from the start of the booking process. We stayed here graduation weekend for Penn State and it was perfect! The location is close enough that it is easy to get to places within State College, but also far enough away that you aren’t caught up with all the hustle and bustle going on. Overall this is a great place to stay!

We stayed at Melinda's house while visiting Penn State for our son's graduation. We were very lucky to find her place during this extremely busy time when everything else was very overpriced. Her house was exactly as described and we were pleasantly surprised by the beauty of the surroundings.

Melinda's place was cozy and inviting! She was a great host and provided clear instructions on how to check in + her expectations for her home. The place was clean and well decorated. It was about 15-20 min ride to Penn State. Would definitely stay again!

Cozy home in a perfect location for access the great fishing spots in the Bellefonte area. Melinda was a very gracious host. The check in/check out instructions were extremely clear and I always felt I could reach out if necessary with any questions.
