We stayed here for one night when visiting our college kid and it was perfect for the 2 of us. Thomas gave very clear and easy instructions for check-in. The unit was very clean and even smelled very good. The temperature was just right and the bed was comfy. The unit was more spacious than the pictures showed with plenty of places to put our things. This is not a negative at all about the unit or the location, but just know that the train tracks are very close so if you’re a light sleeper or plan on sleeping late, you might consider bringing earplugs. We would definitely stay here again.

I was there on a Sunday, so downtown Bryan was sleepy. But during the week, this would be a great little spot. Thomas was very responsive. The apartment was immaculate.

Do not delay, book your stay! Thomas is an excellent host who has a fantastic home away from home. All of the little details made us immediately comfortable. Walking distance to everything including shopping, restaurants, brewery, distillery, night clubs, and a historic church. Make a trip for first Friday and the Saturday morning farmers market on the next block. There is a train that runs through town and you can even see it from the window. We only heard it once during the night. This is an amazing find and we look forward to returning soon.
