Jairo and Catherine are very professional and accommodating. Their unit is very clean, very cozy and relaxing especially after a busy day out. Definitely highly recommend! and will be interested to rent their Airbnb again in the near future.

I wasnt expectioning it to be so noisy, kids screamin upstairs and banging on the floor , Home owner doing drilling at the bedrom basement window.

I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I arrived and it was freezing in the basement, and I could hear all activity (normal conversations, kid whining/crying, loud footsteps, pipes running). The noise could’ve heard from others on a call I was on. I arrived at night but only stayed an hour before deciding to leave because I really needed the sleep before an important work event the next day. I couldn’t deal with the cold and especially the noise, so I let the host know I was leaving. I did not appreciate that even though I stayed one hour and they wouldn’t even offer a partial refund ( I drove a 7 hrs from another city, and was exhausted and had to go through the trouble of finding another place). I also did not appreciate that when I said it was cold, they asked if I had turn on the heat (as if I should have known) but there were no instructions given. In the end I couldn’t get a refund (I should have recorded). And they were not flexible with the customer service rep.
