Hi! We are Barbara and Tim, Lubbock locals since 1965! Barbara’s background has always been serving the public in either retail or restaurants here in the 806. Making sure people are happy and everything runs as smooth as possible has always been her passion. Tim’s passion is building and creating to excellence! Together, we have recently decided to transform our properties into places that we would like to stay if we were staying away from home. We put a lot of thought, time, effort & fun in building and creating our places for others to stay. Our preference is ‘comfy & cozy’, so we created each one of our homes to have that feel, and to be accommodating and appealing as well. We continue to manage our properties ourselves, so that you can experience our hometown Lubbock hospitality!
