Economical and well-run place in one of the most popular areas on the island. Easy check-in and out with friendly staff. Many great restaurants within a 1-10 minute walk. Close to activities, such as diving, snorkeling, fishing tours. Only a 2-minute walk to the ferry docks. It is a noisy area with barking dogs and local nightlife but these are problems that can't be controlled by the building staff or the host. But, if you want to be able to stumble out of Salty's and be in your bed within a few dozen steps - this is the place to stay!

Great location for a stay in Caye Caulker! Pool and rooftop patio with hammocks and couches were awesome. Snezhana was responsive and very easy to work with.

The apartment was nice- clean, comfortable and had the basics we needed. The roof deck was great - we had breakfast and happy hour there most days. The host was always quick to respond to any questions. Our reason for less than 5 stars is mostly due to the live music at the bar across the street. The band was done playing by 11pm both nights, but we tend to go to bed earlier and rise earlier, so it was not a good fit for us. If you're more of a night owl, you probably wouldn't care. One other nit is that there is not any drinking water in the apartment, so we bought a 5 gallon jug at one of the local markets and hauled it up all the stairs. It was never represented that there was water available in the apartment, we just expected there to be, so it was our misunderstanding. Overall, for the price, this place was very nice.

Beautiful stay on a beautiful island. Just as described. Loved the rooftop terrace and watching the sunrise from bed was absolutely delightful. Will return. Thank you!

Our stay here was amazing! We had already been in Caye Caulker for a week and needed a place to stay last minute for our last few days. Booking was super easy and checking in was seamless. We got here early and were able to leave our luggage with the girls at the front desk so we could go explore the island without having to lug our stuff around. The rooftop was amazing and we spent a few hours up there each night relaxing in the hammocks. Amazing place and I will definitely book here again when I come back!
