We stayed at the villa for 20 days in July 2022. Absolutely beautiful home, the pictures cannot do this villa and the gorgeous sea view justice. The house was impeccably prepared with everything we needed and more, and Gennaro was both very welcoming and readily available if we needed. We definitely look forward to staying at this villa again in the future.

This house is more beautiful then the pictures. The views are amazing and the house is very clean and well manicured. Gennaro was absolutely great! He met us when we arrived and walked us through the house. He even provided a huge watermelon and drinks in the fridge. Wifi was advertised in listing but when we arrived we were told there wasn’t any. This is a huge house and the only floor with air conditioning is the top floor so by the end of the week all 8 of us were sleeping upstairs. We did stay during a heat wave. If you come in the warm months and open the doors and windows you will here a pack of dogs barking all night. We loved this house and were sad leave. Highly recommended it and Gennaro! The panoramic views of Fossacesia are outstanding! There is not a better spot . unless you are at the Abbazia! Great location and my family enjoyed our time there. Grazie!

La casa e' persino più bella di quanto la descrizione suggerisca. E' adatta ad una famiglia numerosa e l'ubicazione e' molto conveniente per recarsi in spiaggia. L' ospitalità e la disponibilità del padrone di casa e' stata ineccepibile. The house is even better than its description. It is conveniently located (close to the beach) and it is big enough to accomodate a large family. The landlord was extremely hospitable and helpful!
