Just wonderful. The views of the surrounding area and ocean are absolutely breathtaking, the beds, pillows, bathrooms and massive closets are perfect. Most places in Bali use wide lenses on their cameras to make the apartment & pool look larger, which was not true here. The pool is VERY BIG, which was such a pleasure to soak in while taking in the views. The absolute cherry on top was the host Trisye, who consistently went above and beyond with her warmth, kindness and good humor. I even watched some grumpy guests talk to her ( always shocking that foreigners travel to other countries to belittle folks who are trying to accommodate outlandish requests), yet she remained calm and incredibly generous of spirit throughout. Her joy made the villas even more special and left us feeling a sense of home. We will definitely be back:) *I forgot to mention that though on a high hill, it is just a 5 minute ride down to the heart of town and restaurants.

I stayed at Uluwatu Sunset Hills last year with my wife and friend. This year, I returned to Bali for my honeymoon and decided to go to a famous hotel on Uluwatu Beach, but soon regretted it. I canceled my hotel reservation and went back to the best experience a couple, friends, or family can have in Uluwatu. Uluwatu Sunset Hills is the best choice for accommodation - fair prices, everything works, and the view speaks for itself

Absolutely stunning .. better than expected. Although it is a bit out of the way it is so quiet and peaceful and the views are SO worth it. We hired scooters and found it easy to get around. Rooms were clean and so nice to sleep in. Water in the pool was perfect temperature and the kids loved that. Reception was very proactive and helpful with anything we needed. Would stay again! Beautiful villas with amazing views over Uluwatu below and out to the ocean for sunset and great location. Only thing I’d mention as a downside, is that it feels a bit regimented with their strict rules, in that no visitors are allowed which is a bit much if you want to have a friend or friends round for a coffee and share the beautiful experience of the place. I had to provide passports for my daughter’s who weren’t even staying but did manage to visit. Just took away being able to relax fully. Other than that, a beautiful place.
