Very charming space located a quick drive from downtown. The apartment is incredibly well stocked - much better than most - and I really enjoyed meeting the hosts. Check-in and out went very smoothly. Note that if you come with a dog, there are some off-leash dogs in the neighborhood, and you are better taking your dog for a walk downtown.

My absolute favorite property in Apalachicola. Heidi is an awesome host and the first place I look for to schedule my visits to Apalach. Very comfortable and relaxing place and the screened front porch is the perfect spot for those morning starts and evening hangouts.

Heidi’s Hive was a great stay…we enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, and wonderful bath (the toilet is special, ask for instructions)…the screen porch w/tv provided me with a great place to read, and enjoy a cigar, beverage, and game of my choice…just what we needed when our camping trip plans fell through. Heidi is personable and responsive…she cares that your stay is delightful…she even let our pup stay outside with her when we needed to kennel him because the State Park won’t allow him on the beach 😡…

Heidi’s place was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed including a great sofa, mattress, linens, an essential oil diffuser, and a Toto toilet! We enjoyed our stay and would come back if we ever have the time.

Heidi is a gem of a host and Nikki, her sweet dog, is adorable. This is a stand-out accommodation. If you like to cook or bake the kitchen offers everything you'll need to make any dish. It is a relaxing, beautifully furnished space. We spent two weeks and would've been comfortable staying much longer. Location: You can walk to the downtown, restaurants and the grocery store. There are gorgeous stretches of beach within a 30-minute drive - there are so many state parks to enjoy and if you bike, a great rail-to-trail near Tallahassee. Thank you, Heidi, Nikki and Ron. We hope to visit again!
