Every apartment has a terrace or a balcony, depending on which floor is located. It is allowed to bring pets upon request only. Additional fees will apply. Guests pay a cleaning fee of 70 EUR in cash upon arrival. Also, damage deposit of 150 EUR is paid in cash upon arrival to your host. Apartment Olive is located on ground floor. The terrace is facing the pine forrest/park. 6 people in total can be accommodated in the apartment, best would be 4 adults + 2 children. 2 double bed (160x200) are available, so as a double convertible sofa. Apartment has a washing machine, which is perfect for longer stays.
