Great place, very clean with comfortable beds. Very close to all the fun and within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Stillwater.

The apartment was just perfect for what we needed! The location was perfect for walking to campus and close to local restaurants. We were right in the middle of all we needed. Everything was just as described and as seen in the photos! It very clean, decorated nicely with all we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. We’ll stay again!

Made a drive from Pennsylvania to stay in town for a local event. I found out we may arrive early so i contacted through the app at 4:02 am to request an early check in. At 4:03 am i received a prompt response at 4:03pm. I was referred to their "local guest contact" in their house manual. I reached out to to Joseph starting at 8 am. I called 3 separate times and all went to voicemail or no voicemail available. Left voicemails on 2 calls. No call back. I sent an email to the email address listed. No response. I reached back out on the app at 10:13 am. No response. I reached back out again at 12:32 pm. No response. We showed up early and crossed our fingers. Luckily the bnb was open. The Inside was pretty clean and ideal. The outside was a brick facade and you could tell it was student housing that was simply fixed enough to rent. The college kids above us were drinking most days, vomited over the upstairs railing in the back, and were up drinking and yelling. Will not stay again.

The apartment interior was very clean and nice. It was mostly updated. Very nice hardwood floors and nice new furnishings. All the TVs had a good selection of channels if you had downtime. The apartment was within walking distance to Eskimo Joe's, The Garage, shops, OSU campus, and other things, which was very nice. The cons... there was some kind of scum build up around the sink basin and the faucet in the first bathroom. The second bathroom had a pink ring under the lip where the wall meets the tub, as if it wasn't cleaned well. By the second day, the apartment developed a smell of sewage, and we ran all the faucets/disposal, and it didn't resolve. I contacted Evolve but didn't hear back. The towels had smelled of cigarettes. Lastly, the lovely hardwood floors creak a lot, which is great, but not when the neighbor above is walking around until after 3 am. Overall, I would still recommend this unit to others. Just maybe management needs to up their cleaning crew.

This place was exactly as described. Very nice and we would stay again. The only suggestion for improvement would be to have a few more bath towels available.
